because our 2 tickets just sold on ebay for $400. Now we will be pleasing the Lord of the Rent next month.

Oh wow! I’m sorry that you won’t be able to attend the marathon, as I know you were excited about it, but I am also wishing I’d stayed up to get tickets at midnight (instead of checking in the morning – damn my apathy), because I really could use $400!
Well, selling the tickets sucks, but then again, having money for rent can only be seen as a good thing. Especially if it means you don’t have to get a sell-out job and can keep following your dreams. Who knows, next month could be your make-it-big month, then next time they do the trilogy marathon (because I’m sure this won’t be just a one-off dealio), you’ll be well in the money for tickets, even at the E-bay price!
